For $750. Ive always wanted a convertible. It's a 5 speed. Only things are that the seat belts don't work and the top wont go down. It's also really nasty inside.

On the way home a cop told me to put on my seat belt and I couldn't. He told me to get it fixed. Good thing he didn't notice the tag we threw on it was from 2006.

It has about 6ok less milles than my wagon (121,000, while the 9-5 has 186k) and it also has new tires all around. I'm really excited. I just need to coax the top down and go for a ride. And the Navy blue is a nice color.

Dude, you win at craigslist. I'm not a euro-car guy, but I'd take one of those in a heartbeat for that price. Body & paint look good, and the things you need to fix are a piece of cake. Verts are awesome.

It has some dents. One was hastily repaired and resprayed with a rattle can (great match of paint though). But this is a 3rd car for a 17 year old. I'm going to take care of it but it's my summer beater.

"I've always wanted a convertible...the top won't go down."

I'm sure it's an easy fix, but I find this statement hilarious.

It just needs some hydraulic oil. If it's something expensive I can live with manually opening and closing it. The guy only put about 20,000 miles on it in the 5 year he has owned it.

Damn, $750's a steal even with a ghetto interior.

Seriously cool! Youll love the convertibleness. Also, my passenger side seatbelt doesnt work, if you get it fixed anywhere could you later post it, as I dont want my girlfriend without a seatbelt living in Mexico.

Ive done some research and I think I can just get it to come out enough to fit over most of my friends. Ill post later. I have to have a drivers belt if I want to drive anywhere.

The craigslist description said that it was the passenger side so I thought I could just throw my passengers in the back. Turns out it's the drivers side. He was asking $1200 and I got $450 off.

I would imagine it's a bent convertible hinge and/or a bad gear. Saab is notorious for that issue.

My first car was a convertible. You will be really tempted to buy that sombrero at Goodwill. Trust me. It's going to happen.
